Hey there! Welcome to Forge Fitness! I founded Forged Fitness with a passion to help make 'the strongest version of you' simple and accessible. I remember thinking I would never see a stronger version of myself during a season of crippling depression and anxiety. Luckily that's not where my story ended. I started seeing a personal trainer and rediscovered my own strength & love for exercise. It was only a matter of time before I switched careers and turned my passion into a profession. I acquired my Certified Personal Training license from NASM and jumped right into 1-on-1 training and group coaching. I've coached hundreds of clients from a wide variety of ages, abilities and goals. Everyone brings their own set of strengths and setbacks and your fitness plan should reflect your unique abilities.
